Here at Coles we believe choice is very important to the people we serve, and we work continuously to maintain excellent relationships with Cardiff’s many bereavement service providers so that we can be flexible in the arrangements we make for you.On our doorstep we have the popular Thornhill Crematorium and The Cardiff & Glamorgan Memorial Park and Crematorium – both of which have various beautiful gardens of remembrance for memorials and the scattering of ashes.
Alternatively, for burial, we work with the cemeteries in Thornhill, Pantmawr, Western Cathays – and Cardiff & Vale Natural Burial Ground. A little further afield, there is also the Usk Castle Chase Natural Burial Meadow.
In the surrounding areas, families also have the choice of:
Coychurch Crematorium
Glyntaff Cemetery & Crematorium

Many of these bereavement service providers have guidelines regarding the scattering/interment of ashes and the type of memorials/headstones that are suitable for their grounds. We’ll gladly walk you through the things you’ll need to consider (including these guidelines, waiting times, transport links etc.) before choosing a crematorium, cemetery, or natural burial ground here in Cardiff or the surrounding areas.
If you would like any information about these facilities and providers, or indeed any funeral arrangements, please do not hesitate to get in touch with myself, or a member of the team – we’ll be only too happy to help.
